I love working at JHMH. The benefits are great, the pay is fair, the workload is very fair in comparison to some of the other area facilities.

Cons

Everyone is generally professional and great to work with, but there is a significant amount of nepotism, which makes things awkward if a complaint or concern needs addressing.
