Please know, if an allegation such as this is received in HR, it is taken seriously and investigated swiftly/appropriately. Hughston has a zero tolerance policy regarding Harassment and Sexual Harassment. Employees are trained on this topic at hire and annually thereafter as a constant reminder. Hughston also maintains strict adherence to its non-retaliation policy, which is also “zero tolerance”. Employees are not retaliated against at Hughston for making a complaint or participating in a Company investigation.
