Strong company growth potential w/poor management - Contract Specialist Hughston Hospital Management Group Employee Review

The company is growing rapidly which is always a plus because an individual can parlay that into career advancement. However, both inter and intra-departmental communications and working relationships are very poor. Processes are repeated from department to department with multiple errors being made. The blame game is rampant with no one department and/or individual assuming responsibility. Within the office that I shared the language was horrible and the homophobic rhetoric was disgusting.
