Pros
I really enjoy my current position. Each department is different so, while I can’t speak for the entire hospital, I feel like my pay and workload is totally reasonable compared to that of other local hospitals. Of course I’d like to be paid more and think we should be, I still have no interest in going back across the river to the other facilities.
Cons
Quite a bit of nepotism. Also, Bad bosses creating toxic work environments for certain departments, yet they’ve been there for so long, it’s like they’re stuck there and you’re stuck with them.
