Cons
-Compensation ranges are low compared to industry standards. -Low retention due to compensation and minimal promotion pay increases. -Director and senior level leadership were clueless of the day to day pain points, some seemed inexperienced. -The product doesn’t work well, marketed as “automated” but was very manual for operation teams. -Company had trouble hiring/retaining talented software engineers/product managers to fix major technical errors and improve product. -Many customer service members were very inexperienced with the product and 401(k) industry in general.
