Pros
- You can expense pretty much anything without management blinking an eye - President club trip locations are nice - If you like hands off training and mentoring, you will love this place
Cons
- Culture is based around toxic friend groups and how well you can sh** talk. - Pay for leadership is extremely low - Work life balance is almost non-existent in any role. They have "unlimited PTO" but if you take a day off, you are behind by 5 days. Can barely hit quota without taking PTO. -CRO and VP's cater to folks who have been there the longest and those who are willing to toss folks on their team under the bus to advance themselves. - ZERO TRAINIG for leadership - You are a babysitter in any leadership (Regional Sales Director) role. You are not helping your team sell, you are mitigating fights between team members, and blocking/playing first line of defense when insane requests come from VPs and CROs. - There is not a PIP program in place for Regional Sales Directors.. Your VP can terminate whenever they feel they've used and abused you enough. - VP's and Regional Sales Directors - most should not be in the role they are in. Most have maybe a year (if that of management experience) and CANNOT make hard decisions. Most decisions (territory & partner assignments) are based off friendships the VP's or Sales Directors have with their PAM's and AE's.
