Pros

None absolute worst company I’ve ever worked for.

Cons

It’s never a good thing when the CRO running everything is a narcissistic liar who only rewards those that praise the ground he stands on. I’ve never seen or experienced anything like this in my life. Absolute worst treatment I’ve ever received in a company…. Worst part is they boast about a Great work culture and environment and that couldn’t be further from the truth. -They openly marginalize people based on ethnicity. - There is absolutely no training on 401(k) which is what you sell. - There is no alignment on pay. Which is a huge problem when the Account Executives rely on the leads being submitted by the PAMs. PAMs get paid more for the volume of leads rather than the actual leads that convert into bookings, in other words they’re compensated based on quantity of leads submitted and aremaking the most money in the company while generating the least revenue. Absolutely mind blowing. - You will not make any money in this company unless you are part of the “clique”. The PAMs choose who they give their leads to rather than using a round robin distribution system as they state in the interview process. However, the PAMs are in no way shape or form held accountable. - As an AE during the interview process you’re told that you will get 50+ leads that convert at 50% because they’re warm leads from actual partnerships not cold. This is a lie the actual conversion rate from lead to close won is in the 20th percentile! Absolutely horribly sad. - You will be cold calling 99% of the time because there are very little real partnerships and the leads that are actually warm go to selected AE’s who are a part of the clique. It’s very evident and blatant as well when you pull lead distribution reports. Doesn’t matter when you bring the reports up on 1:1 with your Regional Director though because they just say oh they will address it and don’t do anything about it and find a way to retaliate by withholding any warm leads from you. - The goals are absolutely outrageous and not territory specific….. i.e if you’re territory is NC and SC you’re goal is the same as California. - There is no SOP or process in place. They keep everything very vague in the employee handbook. There is no clear breakdown of commission structure and how you actually get paid off of your deals and no one knows how to break it down for you either. - The all hands meetings never provide any helpful insight you just listen to the CRO interject on anyone speaking with his 2 cents, they praise the PAMs for doing a great job at submitting cold leads and frown upon the AE’s not hitting attainment and other then that they bash Guideline the entire time. - this company is several lawsuits waiting to happen. - Run the other way, you will not be valued as a salesperson in this company and you will not be setup to even do your job so success is not possible with how it’s currently setup…. Unless you’re a part of the clique. - As a successful salesperson who understands that sales people are sales people because they like to have control over how much $ they make….. this is not the place… someone else will dictate what you make…. Your skills are not what they evaluate you on.

It's rewarding to be part of a mission that creates meaningful outcomes for so many people (even our team! - we use our own product). - Strong culture and genuinely good people. Leadership is approachable, and there is a real willingness to listen to feedback. - Compensation and benefits are competitive and generally aligned with effort and results. Hard work is appreciated. - Decisions are made quickly. While not every decision is perfect, the company is willing to adapt and pivot when data or outcomes suggest a different path. - Teammates are collaborative and supportive. Many employees genuinely care about helping each other succeed.

Cons

- The pace of change can be challenging. Priorities, processes, and organizational structures may shift frequently. - Rapid decision-making sometimes creates uncertainty or change fatigue for the frontline team. - Communication around large-scale changes can occasionally lag behind execution. - High expectations and workload can make work-life balance difficult during peak periods (high-growth company).
