Pros
Fully remote. Thats it. That's all the pros.
Cons
Terrible management that has no idea what is going on 99% of the time. Terrible upper management. Archaic internal systems with no sense of streamlined workflow--that consistently malfunction and are inoperable. Ever changing quotas, and SLA expectations. Ever changing processes. Sh*t pay compared to other companies in similar fields. Inconsistent training ideology and modes of working--specifically in regards to what's acceptable and what's 'gravely' not. If you want to constantly be in fear of your job, thrive in ever changing environments with porous & inconsistent end goals, can deal with managers who are just as confused and p*ssed as you are, can handle unnecessarily complex systems, know how to sift through their terrible internal training pages that leave you more confused than you started, feen for a sense of lack of job security, then this is the job for YOU my friend! Don't forget to pick up a drinking addiction while you're at it, because you'll need it working here. THEY INCENTIVIZE THEIR INTERNAL EMPLOYEES TO LEAVE GOOD REVIEWS ON GLASSDOOR (literally did 1on1's to make sure we left a review on Glassdoor because their ratings are trash) DON'T WORK HERE.
