Poor Management - Third Party Human Services Management Corporation Employee Review

Poor 3rd Party management which creates an antagonistic work culture. Managers tend to be condescending and unhelpful. Often employees must train management, instead of the opposite, as it is a revolving door. New employees are given very little to no training, leaving them feeling helpless. There seems to be an odd power dynamic among management and departments are forced apart rather than working together in unison.
