HSMC has mechanisms in place to report and address safety concerns to include racism, sexism, discrimination, etc. As demonstration of HSMC's commitment to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, a Sr. VP role was created and filled and HSMC commits to (see our Facebook post) INCREASED programming. The longevity of staff (also see Facebook posts) speaks to the nature of who we attract, how we invest in staff, and the commitment many of us share. Do not allow one's post-employment catharsis overshadow your impression of HSMC.
