Nice group of people to work with. Accommodating with schedule's which is great for Mom's. You will work hard but you are helping families and it's rewarding in the long run. Company also does charity work giving back to the community with food drives and winter carnival for the families, and other things. HSMC also is great with the employee's we have many fun things that are planned outings, luncheons, and great holiday events. All in all it's a nice place to work. Also people in the company are recognized with achievement awards.
