Pros

I don't think this workplace has any pros. There are many cons, though. Read a few genuine reviews like mine, and you'll know what I mean.

Cons

Some of my colleagues had a poor attitude. They were needlessly rude and mean. Their awful behavior made me fear them. It was ridiculous. One shouldn't have such hostile feelings their teammates. Everyone should work politely and with basic courtesy.

Pros

Great internal staff , best managers/supervisors

Cons

Front Desk Syndrome is a phenomenon experienced by receptionists everywhere, whether they work in a veterinary practice, financial services company, or real-estate office. The symptoms: isolation and a general feeling that you're out of the loop. Certainly, working at the front desk can be a stressful job as we are dealing with guests who are arriving after a long day of travel disruptions and frustrations and therefore prone to over-reaction to even the smallest challenges meanwhile having to manage high call volume and administrative requests from staff , taking new applicants , making sure faxes reach the right departments on time asap

Pros

A few minor benefits exist, but overall, this place is unbearable. Pay is more mediocre, and advancement is nearly impossible.

Cons

- Schedules are a constant mess, and employees receive no support. - Communication is disastrous, and those in charge appear lost and indecisive. - Roles are unclear, and leadership constantly imposes sudden decisions with no warning. - It is nearly impossible to accomplish anything when everyone is confused, and the people responsible refuse to communicate or collaborate. - Accountability does not exist. Instead of solving problems or learning from mistakes, the only constant is finger pointing and endless blame.
