Pros

Great benefits, pay, great team, they paid for all things while at training in Florida.

Cons

Worst Coach I could ever have ( very judgmental ). She would protect things on to me that were so negative. I didn't have a great mentor. I was not trained well so I was thrown in the fire as they say. ( I really thought I found a company that cared about their members/patients and their employees NOT) very disheartening!!!! šŸ˜„šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼ ( **See my statements under advice to management ) they are doing so much hiring, firing, turn over that they have to keep the training going. They have 100's of people ever other week going into training just to keep up with the people that are not there anymore. They told us in Training since Aetna was acquiring us we needed lots more nurses. But what I have heard and seen in the past 7 months that is not correct. You are just a cog on the wheel and if you get damaged they will replace you. Meaning if you exert your opinion or if you have a strong personality and you don't conform to their ways then you need to MoveOn. That's just as simple as I can put it

Pros

Remote, decent benefits, PTO/holiday pay.

Cons

Glued to your desk. Decreasing benefits and increasing work demands. No ability to pivot or move outside of the role. Career development has to be done off the clock except CEU’s.
