Pros

Benefits, working from home, and PTO

Cons

My biggest complaint is metrics. you are defined on how fast you communicate with the members, awc, success, call observations. I felt like they did not care about getting the actual job done or making relationships with the members, just how fast you were doing it. You also have to constantly click around if not that messes with your metrics. You are on the phone all the time. they also will move you to different departments you don't want to work closer to the holidays. I felt like I was constantly trying to keep my head above water and its exhausting. Great job for a couple of months, but not a long-term thing.

Pros

Working from home, that’s about it.

Cons

Micromanaging, forced to help team members while you’re behind on your own caseload. Denied PTO requests, no PTO all summer and no PTO until the end of January 2027 (that’s supposed supposedly when they will be done ramping up with all their new employees.) a bunch of meetings weekly that are pointless. A weekly case conference where they are forcing nurses to present a complex case in front of over 300 people on zoom. Process changes change constantly, there are no job aid or guideline that help you make a Clinical decision but you will get out of it if you do it incorrectly. Save yourself the trouble and apply somewhere else. It is not worth it.
