      Pros

      extra hour per week for "wellness" time away from work - great PTO - flexible schedules - work at home.

      Cons

      management is horrible - random, unqualified people are hired as managers that have no clue how to wellll LEAD. There is some favoritism that leads others on the team with little to no chance to grow. Merger with Aetna imminent.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
