Pros
Humana provides wonderful opportunities for well being such as flexibility in schedule, paid time for volunteering, and incentives for being healthy. Upper management is transpearant about where the company is going.
Cons
There are so many expectations on a daily basis that it is difficult to excel in all areas. Expectations from middle management is not always clear. There seems to be a lot of focus on quantity over quality from operations managers.
