      Pros

      Very good environment to learn and contribute. Managers are very responsive to peoples career goals and aspirations.

      Cons

      Very low raises and absence of bonuses. Work environment could be stressful depending on the manager's views on work/life balance. The work load could be overwhelming. Hard to get promoted based on merit.
