      Pros

      The work/life balance is good, and the people that work there are great. Overall, it's a good company to work for.

      Cons

      In the sales area, there's a lot of favoritism and micromanagement. Also, management doesn't really know exactly what's involved with our jobs, and yet they manage as if they do.

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
