coworkers are great, but that's pretty much it

Work life balance is horrible...you only have two 15 minute breaks and a thirty minute lunch...every single minute must be spent on the phone, otherwise. Even if you do well during the annual enrollment period, during ROY (rest of year) you will be miserable.
