Regardless of what they say, workers' concerns are not addressed. There is always a reason why they can't fix things or they just plain ignore them altogether, no matter how hard they make your job. It is a very stressful place to work and you are always on edge, just waiting for the notice that you have made too many errors and will lose your job, no matter if the company could have done things to prevent those errors. You are a robot and you are not allowed to be human.
