New CEO, new CHRO have great vision and strategic direction. Louisville and legacy dinosaurs digging their feet in and clinging to the old ways in HR will be a challenge for new, educated, fresh leadership. New values and leaders being held accountable to living the values will make or break this org.
Cons
Louisville, relationship driven to a fault at corporate HQ- politics and scandal drive promotions, so no checks and balances. Need a clean sweep.
