Pros
High pay and a decent compensation package here made the hard work required well worth the effort. The entry level positions can be really rough on you but if you can make it long enough to get the right one it is an excellent place to work.
Cons
The entry level call center positions can be very intense with the scrutinizing eye that is applied to every last thing that you do.
