Humana has a vision that is not only easy to understand, but easy to believe in. Not only as a vision for a company to achieve, but a vision that I seek to achieve in my day to day life. I often feel more proud about telling people about all the work other people are doing in our company, than I do talking about anything I do. The company is growing rapidly and transforming that large of a company can take time and present hurdles at times. But nothing that we won't overcome over time
