Politics are terrible and change rapidly, work/life balance is terrible, tight/ unreasonable deadlines lead to dangerous methods, back stabbing if needed to advance, political correctness environment gone over the top, management can make or break you, HR is a joke, use unethical practices in many departments, job security is terrible under some managers, slanders former employees who left under any circumstances, very few honest, caring, and trustworthy managers, company is like a stack of cards
