$24k Base Salary plus very good commissions Excellent Training for new agents HIgh quality sales leads provided by company High level of integrity and knowledge among field employees Very competitive Medicare Advantage product

Cons

Medicare sales peak from October thru early December, very high work load Intimidating emphasis on detailed compliance requirements Non Medicare insurance products are less than stellar

Pros

The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

Cons

The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
