      Pros

      I loved the fact that corporate was willing to allow work from home after I described my personal preference to do so and how my productivity was increased as opposed to when I worked at the office.

      Cons

      HR4U was great to help when needed questions asked but only during business hours. Benefits packages would be best described during orientation.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
