      Pros

      Work at home opportunity was wonderful - it was my first venture into WAH and I would highly recommend this to anyone with a good work ethic. Everything needed to WAH was provided by the company.

      Cons

      Inadequate training, frequent leadership changes and frequent process changes made for a lot of frustration. Worse yet, just as I started, one of the leadership team announced their resignation and had already totally checked out. A significant period of time passed before someone else came on board and this person was also totally new to the company and was not well trained.

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
