      Pros

      It is what you make it. If you are lazy and not pushing then you will make less...it's sales. Good benefits low pressure really. The most laid back sales environment I've ever been in. Pretty happy I will be here for the long haul.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to teach yourself what you want to know.. however there's nothing really that bad

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
