      There’s so many! The culture is amazing - everyone is ready to help and management truly cares about you as a person. Great benefits=401k,company-funded HSA, PTO for days,personal and career development resources

      Training is like a college course- there is a lot to remember Pay is low Wait time for support and approvals can be long

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
