      Pros

      WFH, good benefits, company on boarding was good

      Cons

      Wages not great, started low with expectations I would get paid for performance, this didn't happen, lowest annual raises in 32 years as an RN. Company wanted to work hard on it's culture, but the team dynamic was bad. Poor communication from top down. Regional leadership often didn't know what the company plan for change was. Favorite saying "we are building the plane while flying it" sounds like a potential wreck to me....

      Making all the right moves to be a leader in 21st century health care.

      Legacy technology and corporate structures still create friction, but improving.

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
