      Pros

      Great work life balance, have opportunity to work overtime at times, but only if you want to. Great benefits, including caregiver leave of 2 weeks per rolling year, generous PTO and 401k contribution. Best thing is my manager, she allows us the freedom to grow, does not micromanage, but to be honest, my first manager did.

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
