Micromanaging - Anonymous employee Humana Employee Review

I would not reommend this organization to my worst enemy. Why would anyone want to me micromanaged to each click and each minute during a work day? Management is all over the place and doesnt know how to manage or do the job of people managing. No work life balance as you are expected to work OT all the time.
