      - Great people. Everyone is really experienced and a genuine joy to work with. - Ping Pong table - Great compensation - Excellent Benefits package - Interesting projects

      - Very high paced environment - Very small (3 devs, 2 devops, 2 database, plus QA and contractors working remotely) - Unwilling to train junior devs
