      Pros

      Very flexible with personnal life and work life. Very accomodating. Lots of room to work and implement new ideas and grow as an employee.

      Cons

      No room for upward growth. I have actually been tol that there was no room to expand at the job I was currently in.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
