Humana truly has developed a great culture from the top down and values their employees health and well-being as well as continued education.
Cons
Humana's HR policies hasn't really cought up to their evolving culture, it's difficult to move up to another role and be paid your true worth; meaning that if you come in as an external hire you're much more likely to get a higher salary than if you were promoted from within.
