      Great associates to work with.

      Cons

      Cutting benefits and salaries under deceptive policies. Executive salaries increase while bonuses for lower lever associates are about to be eliminated along with PTO and holidays. They don't even provide Humana insurance to employees. Employee insurance is under Blue Cross.

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
