      Pros

      -Benefits are really pretty awesome - 401k match, parental leave (very generous too), PTO, tuition assistance, etc. -Lots of job opportunities with it being such a big company -Can get paid very handsomely if you start out good

      Cons

      -Department leaders can really make or break your experience -Whatever your starting salary is in first role, that can hurt your long-term growth. They will use that against you with any promotions/job changes; they like to claim "percentage increases" as opposed to dollar amounts, even though that might be big, it can still be far lower than industry standard for your role

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
