      Pros

      Been both part time and full time as a remote pharmacist for < 5 years. I have no work-related duties or worries after logging off for the day. Shifts can be slightly adjusted if approved in advance. Only good experiences with upper management. Good insurance and benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is not good, though there are some talks in changing that at the moment. PTO is selected up to 6 months out and is first-come, first-serve. Monday through Friday schedule- typically 9-5, so doing any errands during the week is difficult.

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
