      working from home flexible schedule PTO availability

      Cons

      communication is shady and not transparent levels change without explanation and someone who doesn't deserve a role is given the role instead of someone more qualified. Those level changes don't require a job interview.

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
