      good benefits, nice team mates

      Cons

      treated poorly by customers; mgmt does not care if you're racially profiled or being called belligerent names. although there is room for professional development, the organization makes it harder for internal employees to move around.

      Pros

      The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

      Cons

      The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
