Pros

The people that I work with in the same role are good people.

Cons

Management is out of touch with reality. They work from home and treat us field folks like we have the same time they do. Our clients don’t operate on their schedule nor ours. The way managers talk to us and threaten us is beyond unprofessional. EUT Pco can never do anything right in their eyes and the way they talk or come at you shows that. Managers aren’t manager material, they might have tech knowledge but don’t have people skills. This is ironic seeing as they DEMAND you have these skills your self. They force you into meetings that eat into your work time and really is time set aside to use you as a punching bag. Nothing you do is good enough. Managers tell you your words of encouragement from staff mean nothing. (That tells you what you need to know). If you receive words of encouragement it’s a fight to get them to tell you. Constantly told about how our job isn’t justified enough and they Humana wants to let us go in favor of help desk support. This is how they boost your morale! Never had managers berate staff like these do. Constantly told to keep out mouth shut, don’t say anything even if it helps. They need to find another occupation, this one isn’t working. They also removed bonuses so there is that.

Pros

The pay is well compared to what's out there and I've run into some middle managers that are really smart and know the work.

Cons

The company struggles to put the right talent at the decision-making table. That has led to the company moving fast but with no clear direction. Great potential if they'd focus on who knows the industry versus who appears to be producing outcomes.
