      Extra commission checks were nice.

      Cons

      They micromanage a lot here and have unrealistic goals they expect you to reach. They were always implementing a new system to use without proper training. Some of the managers showed favoritism.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
