      Pros

      Great retirement benefits, Work at home, the position is easy to do, co-workers are great!

      Cons

      Heavily focused on numbers; not member engagement. They don't provide real work life balance as they state or promise. The environment is very stressful regarding metrics. Management is not helpful and only concerned with numbers and not employee well-being or engagement.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
