      Micromanaged, not a lot of room for advancement, can't take time off jan- March due to peak Season, mandatory overtime,

      Remote, decent benefits, PTO/holiday pay.

      Cons

      Glued to your desk. Decreasing benefits and increasing work demands. No ability to pivot or move outside of the role. Career development has to be done off the clock except CEU’s.
