Pros

Work with smart driven people. Good benefits and opportunity for career development.

Cons

Good ol' boy culture. Friends of the family are hired and promoted to positions they do not belong in. This creates a culture where the management is often incompetent and not held accountable. As an engineer, I shouldn't need to wear a suit and tie. The culture is very old school.
