Hunt Energy had an excellent team across the board while I was there. Engineers, operators, business, software - all great. They recognize productive workers and promote rapidly, but there is a ceiling because it is a top-heavy company and somebody has to do the actual work. Compensation is solid for the Dallas area.

Leadership is often political and slows down the otherwise talented team.
