Working here has been one of the best job experiences I’ve had. The company does a great job with training and making sure employees feel supported. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help, which creates a really positive environment and makes me look forward to coming into work. Leadership has also been fantastic. Managers genuinely listen to employees and are open to feedback. Lauren and Amar in particular have both been extremely kind and supportive of my goals. Early into my contract I mentioned that I’d like to eventually become a system administrator, and they encouraged that and shared resources like the intern learning guide so I could start building those skills. The team I work with is great and everyone collaborates, so I never feel stuck or on my own. Work can be a little stressful right now with new software launches, but management does a great job giving people space when needed and not micromanaging. They’ve also been very accommodating with my ADHD, which I really appreciate. I learn something new almost every day, which keeps the job interesting.

Honestly none that come to mind. I’d absolutely recommend working here and could see myself building a long-term career with the company.
