Supervisors were understanding that this was my first internship and were more than willing to allow me the time I needed to learn new concepts.
Cons
Very menial tasks at times - definitely not higher level projects such as developing applications. There were days where I was simply tasked with running 40 wheels on a company machine.

Growing company. Culture is okay in a lot of departments but they can be strangely separated. Meaning - each department sort of has its own culture. Benefits are really good for the most part.
Cons
Career growth is not really a thing in a lot of departments. Its up to the employee to go on their own. Very few seminars, continuing education is offered by leaders. Company is moving toward little collaboration among those that aren't promoted. Operations system workflow apps are updating for each department but are separated. There's been a mass exit of long-term employees in leadership that are in their late 50s and early 60s.
