Pros

Potential to make money if in growing territory.

Cons

They have no clue about your territory and will raise quotas regardless. They use a formula that doesn't apply to everyone.

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback. We strive to provide every rep with the tools and opportunity to meet their individual income goals and we are sorry that you did not meet yours. As a fast-growing company, we occasionally need to add reps in order to meet the needs of our growing base of customers. The success of our rep partners is critical to our growth, in fact, our average rep income has consistently outpaced our overall sales growth and growth in territories. The average tenure of our field reps is a testament to this income growth and how we treat our partners. We encourage anyone considering a position to reach out to some current reps in their area to hear a more typical experience firsthand.

Pros

Growing company. Culture is okay in a lot of departments but they can be strangely separated. Meaning - each department sort of has its own culture. Benefits are really good for the most part.

Cons

Career growth is not really a thing in a lot of departments. Its up to the employee to go on their own. Very few seminars, continuing education is offered by leaders. Company is moving toward little collaboration among those that aren't promoted. Operations system workflow apps are updating for each department but are separated. There's been a mass exit of long-term employees in leadership that are in their late 50s and early 60s.

Thank you for your review and comments. I'm sorry to hear you feel there isn't a lot of career growth, and we'd love the opportunity to discuss this with you in more detail. If you are referring to career development, the company offers many opportunities to build your skills through our in-house Learning Management System, instructor-led leadership development courses, and outside industry-specific conferences/seminars. Please reach out to your HR Business Partner if you're interested in discussing these opportunities in more detail. You are also correct, we've been very fortunate to have so many employees enjoy long tenured careers at Hunter, and a few of them have recently chosen to retire. We appreciate their many contributions to the company and wish them well in their next adventures.
