Communicating a desire to move to Agile and Product Methodology and true DevOps model
Cons
Leadership seems unwilling/unable to do what's required to achieve this change. Bloated, inefficient org structure supports Waterfall Methodology, not Agile or Product Methodology. Not even close to a true DevOps delivery model. Invisible (or maybe no) leadership. Seems I've stepped back in time about 10 years in this IT organization.
